Bill Kreutzmann has announced a book tour in support of his forthcoming memoir, Deal: My Three Decades of Drumming, Dream and Drugs with The Grateful Dead. The drummer—and co-founding member of the Grateful Dead—will make his first stop at the Cannabis Cup in Denver on April 18. He will then get back on the road in May for a series of engagements in the East Coast, Midwest and West Coast.

Some of the events will be billed as Bill Kreutzmann, in conversation with Benjy Eisen. Those stops will find the drummer recounting some of his greatest adventures, both with and without the Grateful Dead. He will also discuss the book’s three-year writing process with Eisen, his co-writer and manager. Other events will be book signings only.

Deal will go on sale on May 5 via St. Martin’s Press.
